Research states that by 2015, 3.4 million jobs will be outsourced to other countries from US alone. The main reasons for the shift are due of the following reasons: Balancing risks and rewards are very important for the manufacturing company. There are some risk factors such as financial, business continuity, recovery, political and exchange rates that the manufacturing companies need to keep in mind before outsourcing. Many companies prefer to invest their profits back into the market but are limited as the market is not matured.
